As I mentioned earlier, the Mister and I celebrated New Years Eve by having two friends over to game and snack!
While we were waiting for them to arrive, the Mister got his own type of ‘gaming’ on.
Meanwhile, I laid out the spread…
Potato chips, tortilla chips, variety of dips, cheese and crackers and pretzels
Sour cream and onion, salsa and queso!
And of course… the games! And not that we’re keeping score, but I won every one!
We played Yahtzee, Catch Phrase, The Nightmare Before Xmas Party Game and Apples to Apples
We had such a great time and shared MANY laughs – the perfect way to bring in the New Year!

Happy New Year!! I have been eating LOTS of treats, including peppermint bark, sugar cookies, russian tea cakes, twice baked potatoes and MUCH more! Yum!
we just hung out at my parent’s house, played board games, watched football, and went to sleep at 12:01
couldn’t have been better either!
We ate a lot of bad food, drank too much alcohol, played the Wii, and laughed A LOT. The perfect New Years with friends! I love Apples to Apples!

oooh I love game nights…what a great way to celebrate the new year. We had an early train to catch on new years day so didnt even make it until 12!
