Man alive, I am SO PREGNANT! It’s so funny to look through the progression of Fashion Friday photos– I thought I looked SO pregnant HERE!
After yet another long week, I am so excited for the weekend — not too much planned. The Mister has been asking me to come up with some things I’d like to do over the next few weekends — since we’ll have another little guy joining us shortly!! What would you want to do with your Mister (or Misses) in your final weekends as DINKS?! (double-income, no kids!) I could use some ideas
HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!
Big plans this weekend and lots to get done, I couldn’t be more excited
(hint)
And lucky for you, I have some sub-par iPhone photos to share this week’s fashions. Aren’t you lucky?!

In the mix:
Beige Sweater – Michael Stars
Green Sweater – Anthropologie (Moth, I believe)
Scarf – Anthopologie
Shoes – Brown leather UGGS

Sweater – Borrowed from Mama
Scarf – Urban Outfitters

Sweater – Marc Jacobs
Shirt/dress – Burberry
Isn’t it funny how one new piece of clothing can totally turn your week around? (Or is that just me?) I was having a few bummer days at work and after complaining to my mom, she had a quick fix to get me excited to go to work the next day – BURBERRY! She bought a shirt that we could both wear (pregnant or not) and was generous enough to let me wear it first — cuz you know, she loves me
It made such a difference getting ready in the morning knowing that I had a new, chic shirt to wear. Despite my growing to-do list, neverending meetings and daily crises, I felt good knowing that at the very least…I would look good
Does anyone else rely on outfits or fun accessories to perk up their days at the office?
Happy Friday!!
You have no idea how excited I am for this weekend — then next week I am only in the office Mon-Wed and then I am OFF UNTIL AFTER THE NEW YEAR! Ahhhh, bliss
I really cannot wait.
This morning I’m battling a headache that I’ve been suffering through since last night, but I’m hoping it fades away quickly — power of positive thinking
In the meantime, I have some poor-quality Fashion Friday photos to show you — blame the Mister! He had to get to work early several times this week and was unable to play photographer ;(

In the mix:
Jeans – JAMES Maternity Jeans
Sweater – Borrowed from mom
Cardigan – H&M

In the mix:
Sweater/coat – SAKS
Grey shirt – Banana republic
Skirt – Juicy Couture
Confession – it is getting REALLY hard to dress stylish when I feel so uncomfortable. At this point I wake up, look in my closet and think, “OK, how can I be comfortable and not look hideous?” Whatever I come up with becomes my outfit. I’m also following the Misters strict rule of NO HEELS, which make my footwear selections a bit…interesting. Good thing I have lots of flat boots
The main reason I look so forward to weekends is because I can wear sweatpants or leggings all day without judgement – seriously.
And with that, I’m off to dream of elastic waistbands and cozy cardigans.
