PLAYROOM MAKEOVER
Categories:
This is what our “playroom” looked like when we first toured our house.
Those mirrors? Not OK. So we took them down.
Yikes. What you can’t see in this photo are the five hours I spent scraping asphalt off the wall previously. You also can’t see the damage done to the dry wall. You also can’t see my blood (literally), sweat and tears (many) or my temper tantrums. It’s for the better. Realism is not always welcomed
Enter: new dry wall
We may or may not have installed this improperally and had to have a professional come in and literally smooth out our mistakes. Details Schmetails.
What matters is where we landed, right?
Right.
(this laptop is broken, but Sawyer likes pretending)
I couldn’t be happier.

Love, Love, Love the playroom! It’s so colourful and full of places for imaginations to go wild.
Looks fantastic! Great job! And I totally felt your pain with the tearing down those mirrors.
What a wonderful, bright and fun space for a growing little boy. I would LOVE to have something this nice for my own grandbabies. A job well done!
What a wonderful transformation! I love all the colors!
