The Daily Balance

What. A. Week.

Feeling like I can barely get my head above water — with being out of town last week and things being a little crazier than normal at work, I’m so thankful for the upcoming weekend, I’ve missed my boys oh-so-much. This week, if anything, made me so incredibly thankful for my normal schedule and “typical” work week. It’s not common that mamas (or daddies!) are able to have both a job they love and the flexibly to get optimum time with their kids and husband. Must remember not to take it for granted.

In addition to that “heavy” stuff, there is lots of FUN to be thankful for as well.

This week, I’m thankful for:

My supportive Mister and Mom(s), who make going out of town so much easier

New opportunities to learn and grow in the workplace and the oh-so-very-smart people I get to work with on a daily basis

Grilled cheese sandwiches

The Night Circus – SUCH  a great read!
