Happy half-birthday, Bean!

Our little man is 6 months old.
I feel ya, babe, it’s tough growing up.
After meeting with the Doc yesterday, we learned that Bean is still super tall (95th percentile!), still a lean machine (50th percentile) and still has a peanut head (25th percentile). All in all — a perfect little man.
My little man.
Hard to believe that we’re already at the halfway point to his BIRTHDAY! Hard to believe that at this very time last year, he was still baking away while the Mister and I counted down the days until we got to meet him.
He’s made us a family — brought out the best in us and helped me become the mommy I’ve always wanted to be.
I love to watch him and the wonderment he always seems to wear so proudly. He’s always exploring, looking at the world around him with an inquisitive eye. He’s an adventurer, always moving, never wanting to miss anything around him. I can’t wait to see what the next 6 months bring.
At 6 months Sawyer…
- Is sitting up on his own
- Eats solid food (cereal, pureed veggies and fruit!)
- Can roll over multiple times in a row — like a little log
- Loves hearing himself “talk”
- Can *almost* scoot
