The Daily Balance

It’s been more than two months now since we brought Sawyer home and I really don’t know what we ever did without him. Because this little person, so full of wonder and energy, fits perfectly into the center of our universe. Sometimes I believe the Mister and I were brought together not only to love each other but to create this little person that the world just couldn’t live without. For everyone who meets him immediately falls under his spell and wonders how they ever got by without his snuggles and smiles.

Not a day goes by where he doesn’t share new glimmers of his personality and each and every day I fall more and more in love with my baby boy — the perfect little man the Mister and I made from scratch

Happy 2 months, Sawyer!

Yes, this past Friday, our little man hit two months. Did you miss his one month report?

At two months Sawyer…

Can roll over!

Has mastered the mini-push up

Smiles…a lot!

Has found his voice — cooing, aaahing and squealing all the time

Is learning to hold up his head (before conking it back down)

New loves:

• His piccolo music
• Being naked
• His gum drop (pacifier)
• Kicking his feet
• Stretching
• Long walks
• Fresh air
• His playmat

New hates…

• Getting his nails filed

   Mine is about to turn 1 on the 2nd of May. Enjoy every precious moment. They go by in the blink of an eye.
   I was just talking to my father about my Robbie. That he is the embodiment of the love between my husband and I. Nothing like watching love personified grow and flourish. It is so fulfilling. Isn’t being a Mommy awesome?
