HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
Are you dressing up this year? What are you going as?
Happy Friday! OK, so my looks, aren’t spooky per se, but in the spirit of Halloween, you’ll have to forgive me
I have some lots of outfits to share this week, so let’s get right to it!
In the mix:
I’m a little obsessed with this outfit, it is so COMFORTABLE and I adore the playful polkadots, which I paired with a whimsical scarf.
In the mix:
First if all, I need to call out KOHL’S for making the bestest, most comfortable maternity pants (and leggings – who knew!?) EVER. If you are pregnant, go to Kohl’s. Do not pass GO, do not collect $200. I liked this outfit because it reminded me of a cozy fall day. I felt extremely festive with my pumpkin sweater and accompanying pumpkin growing out of my stomach!
Not much to say about this outfit other than how mixing up patterns and textures can really add interest to an otherwise boring ensemble. I liked mixing my grey stripes with the skulls on my hood and then layering two different scarves to add layers of interest.
In the mix:
Alright, well I need to get some work done before our Halloween party starts – I cannot WAIT to share my costume with you all
In the meantime, have you voted in my great debate?!
Friends, country(wo)men, I need your help. I don’t ask for much, but this is important.
A few years back — say 10-15 — my best friend and I got into quite a debate. I think of this old debate from time to time and I am ADAMANT that I am right. However, there have been (very few) times that I’ve been wrong before and so I figured I’d put the issue out in front of you all and let you decide. You know, like a jury.
I will NOT disclose my side of the argument until after the fact, as I’m sure my lovely bestie would try and claim I tainted the data.
OK — listen up, as this is very complicated stuff…
Take a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Now remove the chicken (or never put it in the dish to begin with). (let’s just SAY for argument’s sake that you are a vegetarian and do not eat chicken)
What are you left with?
a. Chicken noodle soup
b. Chicken-flavored noodle soup
c. Noodle soup
PLEASE help me end this discrepancy once and for all, people. Leave your answer in the comments and help us put this 10-15 year old argument to rest!
