Make it – Pumpkify Your Morning!

This morning I was feeling extra pumpkified and I knew I needed to take advantage of the LIBBY’S I had sitting in my cabinet (I stocked up last week!)
I threw together a fantastic pumpkin smoothie that you all need to make for yourselves STAT. In addition to being completely delicious, this smoothie is incredibly nutritious!
You’ll need:
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt (I used Stonyfield!)
- 1/2 cup skim or soy milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
Throw it all in the blender and mix it up!
The fun placemat is optional, although highly recommended
