Drumroll please……..

BOY!

So many of you (my family and close friends included!) thought it was a girl, that the Mister and I almost didn’t believe the ultrasound — but there were definitely “boy parts!”

The Mister and I are SO excited and are thrilled that we can start envisioning a tiny person instead of an “it!” While we have the name already picked out, we are planning on keeping it a complete surprise, so don’t think you’ll get that outta me!

Here is our little one, making his blog debut:

Proof of his “manhood” — i.e. the nub between his two lil legs (he certainly isn’t shy, what with his spread eagle positioning…)

Well I’m off to go relax with the Mister and celebrate our news – have a wonderful evening and thanks so much for your excitement and support though this thrilling time in our lives — you all are such great friends ;)

    Woohoo! Congrats! I guess because I had a little girl, I think every other pregnant person will too :) I bet he’ll be one of the best dressed little boys around!

    Congrats! How exciting… this is the most amazing great time of life (birthing and raising ‘littles’). Cherish every moment. You will love it and be great at it. It was the best time of my life.

    It is hard to tell from pictures, but generally speaking if the old wives tales are true: a girl makes you puffy all over and you carry through your hips and thighs (alot of people are sicker with girls too), and a boy you carry like a basketball. You glow more with boys too. I thought it was nonsense, but I think these old wives tales have more to them than the doctors do.
