Thankful

Greetings! I can taste the weekend!

But before I start my Thursday dance, I want to take a few moments to reflect on the week and call out what I’m thankful for.

This week, I’m thankful for:

Being able to lunch with the Mister almost EVERY DAY ;)

Fresh peaches

Walks with my Mama

Cooler weather! I’m loving the fact that it’s been feeling like FALL!

The perfect b-day gift I found for the Mister

Celebrating new begininngs at my best friend’s wedding this weekend

The wedding cake ;)

Good maternity clothes

New opportunities – I’ll have something else to share soon, as well!

Skinny Cow ice cream

Your turn! You know the drill ;)

Ha, I thought it was Wednesday all morning until I read your post! Woo hoo, one day closer to the weekend than I that.

So, I’m thankful for that, thankful that the boy and I are going to go for pizza at my favorite place tomorrow night (that I haven’t been to since the end of April), thankful for life in general!

Today I’m thankful for being highly sensitive, for having the ability to feel things so deeply – be they good or bad.

  5. Just came across your blog and absolutely love it! I am also loving fresh peaches!

Aaaaah, Shannon! I’m so thankful for you! I’ve been in China for the last two months with a group of Korean people… at the moment I speak neither Korean nor Mandarin. I don’t know if you know this, but China and, even more so, KOREA are noooothing like America. SUCH different cultures! I was in a coffee shop (one of the few here) one day in a city in North East China when I stumbled onto your blog. It has brought me so much joy to read it! You are just such a doll, and you remind me very much of America: my friends, the food, the clothes, the way, ya know? So, you’ve been like a little line back to America for me. Thank you so much for putting your life on here! If we ever wind up in the same area, I’d love to meet! And, by the way, I just read your “love story.” Presh… seriously so cute. Anyways, have a great day!
