Fashion Friday – Cute (I hope!) but comfy

HAPPY FRIDAY! You have no idea how happy I am for the weekend to be here! We have lots of fun stuff planned, but first – the FASHION!

This week was all about comfort. I often feel like I’m in the “awkwardly chubby” stage of pregnancy where people can’t tell if I’m pregnant or have just eaten too many doughnuts. In my attempts to looks cute (and stay comfortable), here’s what I came up with.

Look at that BUMP! Jeez, it popped up overnight!

I think this outfit did a good job of keeping me comfortable without looking too sloppy.

My favorite outfit this week I’m actually wearing today for casual Friday.

When you are pregnant, accessories are KEY! I love that I get to stick with comfortable basics, but style things up a bit with fun accessories.

The Mister and I are leaving work a bit early this afternoon to get on the road to visit friends and check out my brother’s new digs! My baby brother  just moved away from home for his first job – GAH! Time flies…

    I haven’t worn maternity jeans at all because in the beginning I lost weight and then I bough a Belly Band at Target and wore it all the way through until now….I’m nine months pregnant!

    Love the scarf! I wear these a lot in the winter time, but I never think to wear them in the summer because it is SO hot here. I haven’t worn much more than a tank top and jeans for a month now. And I’m seriously rethinking the jeans. I would be wearing capris or shorts if I had time to go shopping for some cute summer clothes. It seems like something else is always taking priority over shopping. It doesn’t help that I really hate to shop either.
