Hey! I’ve read that working out on an empty stomach, and then not eating a post workout meal until an hour after you finish helps to stabilize your insulin levels and improves insulin sensitivity.

I’ve found this article by Robb Wolf to be extremely helpful when toying with my post workout snacks:http://robbwolf.com/2009/07/01/post-workout-nutrition-high-or-low-carb/

  2. I’ve been looking forward to the new Laras for so long! I am wonderfully happy that it’s finally June.

Yes I have read that you should “work out on an empty stomach to burn more fat”. But whenever I work out in the morning I always have such a hard time… If I work out in the afternoons and eat 2 hours before I’m Ok though

  4. I heard there is a new flavor called “cookie dough?” Hope you have that one…Really want to try it :) Sounds delish!
