The Daily Balance

So I lied.

Oops.

Turns out I completely forget to remind you all that this week was supposed to be Fashion Friday CONTEST WEEK! So in order to keep things fair, because I’m not down with hate-mail, I will postpone the contest till next week. And I’ll remind you — scouts honor! Although, I wasn’t a scout, I was an Indian Princess I digress, you get the idea.

This week I’m featuring two outfits. They are kind sub-par, but the weather was weird this week, so you can’t hate on me! It’s hard to plan outfits in icky, unpredictable weather!

The first:

Simple, I know. That’s why I added these:

I know, right?

In the mix:

• Jacket – SO OLD, I have no idea!
• Sweater (sleeveless, BTW) – Hugo Boss
• Skirt – Anthropologie
• Shoes – Nordstrom (can’t remember the brand)

This next outfit I’m actually wearing today. I love it because it makes me smile. It’s comfy, flattering and has a bright pop of COLOR – just the way I like it

In the mix:

• JEGGINGS (jeans + leggings): Hue
• Tshirt: C&C California
• Sweater: SAKS
• Necklace: Marc Jacobs
• Shoes: Kenzie

   Wow, I LOVE those shoes! I am a shoe freak, and am always drawn to “unusual” shoes. Most of the time I just get weird looks from co-workers. Those shoes are fantastic.
