The Daily Balance

Today in Cleveland (even though there is still a bit of snow on the ground) it is almost 60 DEGREES. It was 30 last night!

The sun is shining, the birds are chirping and I cannot wipe the goofy grin of my face.

Today, I’m thankful for the sunshine. And I plan on showing my thanks by taking the afternoon off to go on a bike ride with my Mister. Don’t worry, I’ll be following my safety tips!

   I’m thankful for your biking safety tips!!! Ever since the sun showed up a few days ago I’ve been taking my bike out for a spin, but gosh are these New York City streets treacherous, especially for a non-driver like myself!

    Our weather is going to be around 70 degrees and beautiful all next week. I’m plan on going on lots of long runs, reading outside, washing my car, and barbecuing! Soooo excited!
