		<description>I&#039;ve been working out consistently for years and have pretty much gotten bored with all of the dvds I have ie kettelbells, barrys bootcamp, p90x, and so on. Physique 57 is by far one of the most challenging and fun workouts ive ever done. It is also the easiest on my joints. Enjoy! You all will love it!</description>
