		<description>I want to start practicing yoga to help me with my running.  Running compounds your muscles and if you don&#039;t stretch (like me!), you are more prone to injuries.  Yoga is a good form of stretching with the additional benefits of being relaxing and a form of meditation.  I can&#039;t wait to start and winning the mat would encourage me to get started!</description>

I&#039;d love to start taking more classes, and a mat would be perfect for that.  (I used a very slippery mat that the gym provided and it just didn&#039;t work!)</description>
