HAPPY FRIDAY!

I apologize in advance for ugly bathroom lighting — I look forward to the days that it’s warm enough to take photos outside again! Anyway, it is what it is — hope you enjoy

This first outfit is from the archives — I love it because each item is actually quite simple on it’s own, but when combined with the others, it creates an interesting silhouette. Plus, I love the layered textures.

In the mix:

• Sweater – Michael Stars
• Skirt – Max Studio
• Ankle Boots – TARGET!
• Knee socks – not sure!
• Vest – VERY old — circa early 1990s…
• Necklaces – SAKS

This next outfit is a classic example of love at first sight. While shopping at Anthropologie this past weekend, I spotted this dog sweater and knew I couldn’t leave the store without it. In addition to being EXTREMELY on sale, it makes me smile every time I look in the mirror — and nothing beats that

Of course I tried to kick the outfit up a notch by wearing some funky shoes – i like that they play off the brown tones in the sweater!

In the mix:

• Grey Cashmere Sweater – Express
• Dog Cardigan – Anthropologie (sleeping on snow)
• Skirt – SAKS
• Shoes – Vince Camuto

This next outfit was another combination of textures that I really loved wearing. I love the crinkle texture of the skirt with the soft sweater – plus, it was really comfy

• Skirt and blouse – Elie Tahari
• Sweater – H&M
• Boots – Cole Haan

Don’t ask why some of these photos at ginormous — I couldn’t figure it out either
