  1. Good articles!! The one about runners was especially interesting to me, as I am a runner and I’ve had a hip injury. It’s no coincidence that the majority of runners face SOME kind of injury due to running some time in their lives. Running is very very hard on the body and sometimes we don’t even notice the symptoms of an injury before it’s too late and it gets really serious. Which is why in running, and any sport, we should really LISTEN to our bodies and what it tells us. If your body is screaming at you for a rest day, then you should take it. Better rest for one day and prevent an injury than suffer an injury and be out for months!
