The Daily Balance

Good morning, friends!

In an attempt to not go through what I had to last time, I have been holdiong out on you guys.

But, I think it is safe to finally tell you — I’m having my surgery on Friday!

Remember the debacle I had to go through with it getting rescheduled and then CANCELLED? No more! My surgeon is all healed up and ready to operate.

Like any medical procedure, I’m a little nervous, but know that in the long term, this will make me much more comfortable. In the meantime, I’m going to be taking my own advice regarding working out with an injury.

I’m definitely not looking forward to the fact that I can’t eat after midnight the day before! I don’t think my surgery is scheduled until after noon and by the time I get out it might be after 4:00! Let’s just say the Mister better show up with food

Anyway, I always keep you all in the loop so I wanted to provide an update.
