		<description>Interesting article about the unsolicited advice at fitness clubs.  At my Dad&#039;s gym he had to fill out a little card when he joined.  He had the choice of 3 different levels of &quot;help&quot; he wanted the employees to give.  They were something like this:
1) Give me all the help you can any time.
2) Only approach me if you see me doing something that could injure me.
3) Don&#039;t approach me while I&#039;m exercising.
I think it&#039;s a great idea.  I wish my gym did that.
