		<description>Yup, have DEFINITELY Interval trained, tons of times.  :-)  It&#039;s absolutely more challenging than a steady-pace workout!

One of my favorites are Wind Sprints, where you go to a Track and jog the curved part and sprint the straight part.  I usually try to do this for at least six laps, and it&#039;s hard! (and then I like to run stadium steps afterward  :-) )</description>
