Not sure if I mentioned it before, but I kinda have a thing for butter. As in, I love it. I could take a bath in butter and it still wouldn’t be enough. When I was little, I used to eat butter packets (I wish I was kidding). Bottom line? Butter is good stuff.

But we all know that butter isn’t the most healthy spread or topper (enter: my extra-virgin olive oil addiction), so what’s a gal to do? This is where the healthy(er) option, Smart Balance, comes into play. Take a look at the Web site for those nutritionals!

This was a delicious snack, providing me with some healthy omega-3s and satisfaction…no butter packets needed! ;)

Did you eat butter packets, little creamers or ketchup packets when you were a kid? Normally everyone has done at least one!

    Little creamers :-) Most definitely. Now the idea is kind of gross, but I still love the flavor they add to coffee.

    you and me both girl! i was a butter attack to when i was a little kid! haha. we all had our weird things about us i guess! :) atleast ours tasted good. teheh

    I love butter! I don’t eat it very often, but I’ve always been of the mind that if I’m going to have something with butter on it (usually some good bread), I’m going to have real butter, darnit. Pasta with butter & salt is also a weakness . . . the Land o’ Lakes light tub butter is delicious, too – not nearly as good on fat/sat. fat as this stuff, but an improvement over regular stick butter.
