The Daily Balance

This weekend my mom, brother and I paid another lovely visit to Sara’s Place. I was immediately reminded as to why I adore this place so much – so quaint and charming – with DELICIOUS food. This is a new favorite spot of mine! I already told my mom that we’ll be going there quite often this summer!

I enjoyed the grilled scallops with beluga lentils. I have never had beluga lentils before and was pleasantly surprised! They were chewy, delicious and ever-so filling! This dish kept me satisfied for hours.

I’m definitely going to try and re-create this dish at home, it’s a keeper!

   Those look fantastic! I don’t have any lentil recipes, but one of my favorite scallop recipes is super simple….I Broil scallops with lemon and brown sugar on top of them, and they turn out SO great!
