Thankful Thursday – I want to hear from YOU

Thankful

Take a moment to think back on your week. No matter what issues came up or bad days you encountered, there is ALWAYS something to be thankful for. Maybe someone smiled at you on the street or maybe your favorite song got you through a stressful afternoon. Maybe you had perfect weather on your run or made a delicious dinner that turned out perfectly! No matter how small they may seem, it’s important to take stock in the things that made you smile throughout the week.

Here’s my list for the week:

No take a moment…What made your ‘Thankful list’ this week?

Don’t forget about the Fashion Friday contest! Email all photos to info@thedailybalance.com by midnight tonight!

it’s been a really good week so i have a lot to be thankful for but one of the most exciting things this week is that i got to see coldplay in concert with my hubby on tuesday and will be seeing the fray on friday as well. i love that we can make time in our busy schedules to do something we have always enjoyed together.

This week I was thankful for…

    • An understanding boyfriend during some especially emotional spurts.
    • Pick-me-up songs that reminded me life is good!
    • Constant reminders on Facebook that we are leaving for vacation on Saturday!
    • Exercise TV – for giving me a kick-ass workout with Jillian every morning.
    • Game night with the girls.

Thanks for the reminder that there are so many reasons for me to be thankful this week, despite some rough patches along the way.

Great post. This week I am thankful for…

-waking up everyday with no real problems
-running for the past 3 days
    -yoga classes
-making dinner for my grandmom and spending time with her
-having ripe avocados to make my favorite guacamole! haha
-spending time with my sister running, going to yoga, cooking, & eating

I’m sure that there are plenty more…but that’s a good start!

    What a great Post….

It’s so easy to forget what we’re Thankful for. During my most difficult times, I’d make myself list ten things every morning I was thankful for, and it REALLY made a difference.

For about two years, I even kept a Gratitude Journal where every night I’d write five things I was thankful for. I haven’t written in it for a while, but I should absolutely pick it up again. It just made me feel so positive and happy right before bedtime. :-)
