[...] We also shared some bread and rosemary infused olive oil. Of course when I say ’share’ I mean that I hogged the entire plate. Come on! There were only three tiny morsels! Good thing the Mister isn’t a bread head. [...]

Yup! Bread - like most wheat products - most certainly is addictive. This is proved by all these posts alone. It's the opioid peptides in the grains that do it. I live in Germany and have been buying bread directly from some farmers who bake bread once a week with their own grains. It is delicious, but, just for the heck of it, I have actually been carrying out a no-bread experiment on myself: the slight arthritis in my hand bothered me less and I lost a whole kilo (2.2lbs) in five days.

Today's breads are generally baked much too fast. Sour-dough breads are the healthiest option, or breads which have been made with grains which were soaked and fermented.

you are so cute! I love bread too, and I could never ever go on a no-bread diet!

I have never tried the seduction bread, but my favorite type of bread is a toss up between honey wheat or a really grain-y bread.

I recently discovered the Seeduction bread at Whole Foods. Needless to say, I'm addicted. It is a DELICIOUS bread...so SEEDY! Just love it.
I'm curious to see if the recipe you found will be similar to Whole Foods!
