So remember how much the Mister and I enjoyed our Costco cake?
Yea, we kicked it up a notch. Last night we decided to indulge in a piece of cake…not a bad way to spend an hour after work, huh? 
We went with Rocky Road Cheesecake.

My weakness (aside from chocolate, which I maintain is NOT a weakness) is mojitos. And once I’ve had 2 or so, everything else becomes a weakness as well…

That looks amazing. . . mmm hot chocolate chip cookies and a glass of milk are my current weakness. Being a bad baker, I get the Trader Joe’s frozen dough, and it is gooooood!
