Daily Delish — Puff this ;)

The Mister and I slept in this morning. Which means instead of waking up at 5:15 for the gym, we slept until 6:45. Had today not been a “wash your hair, it’s disgusting” day, I could have slept until 7:30, but it was still nice! Since we didn’t make it to the gym this morning, we decided to go after work. We both aren’t crazy about going after work because we get home so late and the gym is super crowded! However, since we get home later, we’re normally too hungry to wait for dinner to cook. That means — HAPPINESS.
Anyway, we had to drive separately to work today (the Mister had an off-site presentation in the morning) so we agreed to meet back home to change and head to the gym together. My stomach had be grumbling for a few hours and I knew there was no way I would make it past 8:00 without eating something.
Enter: the loveable puffins! I CANNOT believe this is the first time I’ve featured this wonderful goodie on my blog. These little guys are definitely a staple in our household! I’d have to say my favorite way of eating them is in a big bowl of milk with cut up banana – PB and banana! — best combo ever.
I didn’t want to ruin my appetite, so I stuck to a simple snack pre-workout. A Baby bowl (ok, cup) of puffins! I savored each one of them and relished each crunchy, peanut buttery bite. YUM!
