So today I had the pleasure of meeting one of the favorites amidst the blogworld, the fantastic, fantabulous VEGGIEGIRL.
We decided to meet at Whole Foods (are you surprised?!) and spent an hour chatting and browsing the aisles of the foodie mecca, making several delicious purchases.
Veggie Girl was kind enough to bring me a sampling of one of her latest works of genius – Chocolate Chip Banana Bread.
So I’ve heard a lot about how AMAZING her baked goods are, but I never imagined what I had in store for my taste buds. Naturally, I couldn’t wait very long and took a bite as soon as I walked in the door.

This girl is a genius — veggie girl, I love you! Seriously, you make me swoon 
Chunks of gooey banana with melty chocolate sent me into a state of euphoria! Seriously, I may sound over-dramatic but until you taste these things, you really have no idea. THANK YOU Veggie Girl for sharing some of your crack amazingness.
I had a ton of fun w/ VG and I can’t wait for more meet-ups! VG- loved getting to ‘meet’ you and I look forward to seeing you more often
