The Daily Balance

Today is simply beautiful! I think it’s the nicest the weather’s been in a long time and I want to soak up every minute of it! Luckily, the Mister had time today to meet me for lunch!! We usually pack our lunches, but we always try and to meet up for lunch whenever we can sit outside (or inside if weather is yucky) and spend time together. It’s SUCH a nice break from the work day. Today was the first time since Christmas(!) that the Mister has been able to get out of the office long enough to meet me. I was obviously thrilled!

I tried to take a bite…. I was channeling my inner Cullen

Lunch was fantastic. It was so good to get to spend time with the Mister in the middle of my work day.

My favorite part of my lunch was this White Chocolate Macadamia Nut CLIF bar — my favorite flavor! Soooo delish! I think these taste like rice krispie treats drizzled with white chocolate — so buttery and sweet – LOVE IT!

I couldn't wait to open it!

   i’ve never had a clif bar. this blog seems to be opening my eyes to all sorts of wonderful new things.

   i love the sunglare in your picture. sunglare always enhances pictures, in my opinion.

   Lunch dates are the best! I prefer Lara or Pure bars bc Clif bars have a lot of processed ingredients and sugar. My favorite bar in general is Lara Cinnamon Roll!

   The Mister is definitely delish. Very yummy.

   My favorite Clif bars are the seasonal flavors–the ones that come out at Christmas. The rest of the year, I’m partial to Banana and Apple Larabars. YUM!

    Hahaha, channeling your inner Cullen – classic! I like the mint chocolate clif bar and the peanut and chocolate chip. Some of the others are a bit too sweet for me. We don’t get the white chocolate macadamia one here though so I don’t know what it’s like to compare.
