Cardio - The elliptical is my machine of choice, but I also sometimes use the stationary bike. I&#039;m not a runner (SUPER scared about my knees hurting later in life) but I do a lot of power walking and the Mister and I go on lots of hikes in the summer. I also LOVE kickboxing and dance and try to take classes whenever I have some extra time.</description>

		<description>Chloe - I do take breaks inbetween sets. For arms I normally do 15 excercises (20 reps - 1 set each) with free weights (I use 8-10 pound dumbbells). Then I do about 6 of the machines (again, 20 reps, but normally 2 sets of these). Legs- I do all of the leg machines my gym has to offer (approx. 8) I do two sets of twenty on each. I take about a 30-60 second break between each set. For core, I do about 25-30 minutes of mat work and the use the captians chair and a few other pieces of equipment to finish off.</description>

		<description>Well, my bathing suit won&#039;t be an itsy, bitsy, teeny, weeny bikini... But somehow the warmer weather and bathing suit season makes me focus on toning a bit more. I have started to focus on strength training more lately, and I can really see a difference. Plus, I feel a lot stronger which makes me feel great! And yes, what you eat makes the biggest difference in how you look.</description>

		<description>I love Jillian Michaels from the Biggest Loser because she&#039;s so hardcore. I download her circuits from her website and do those. I love that there are 3 levels (I&#039;ve never attempted Level 3!) for whatever shape you&#039;re in.

Last year, I was in great shape, but then fell off the wagon in December. Unfortunately, I&#039;m having a hard time getting back into it. When I do, my workout schedule looks a lot like yours.</description>

I don&#039;t really do much for swimsuit season. I suppose my already high fruit and veggie consumption goes up since there are so many more in season, but I don&#039;t spend much time at either the beach or the pool so it&#039;s never been much of a concern.</description>
